We follow a proven 6-step process to ensure your project is completed on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
We help select durable flooring, inspect and repair the subfloor, and ensure it's clean, dry, and level.
Existing flooring is removed and disposed of, and underlayment is installed, such as cement board for tile or moisture barrier for LVP.
We plan the layout to minimize small pieces, find the room's center, and establish guidelines, then dry-lay the pattern.
We apply thinset and set tiles, or click, glue, or nail LVP planks, making precise cuts around obstacles.
For tile, grout is applied and sealed. For other floors, trim and transitions are installed, and excess grout is cleaned.
Grout lines and natural stone are sealed, baseboards are installed, and the floor is thoroughly cleaned to ensure satisfaction.

Typically, cabinets are installed first, followed by flooring. However, flooring should be placed under islands for future remodel flexibility. We advise homeowners on the best approach for their specific Plano project.
Medium-toned neutral floors are practical, hiding dirt and wear. Gray and greige tones are popular in Plano, complementing various cabinet colors and styles.
